Snig of the Day
Venomous InfantsAlso known as Poison Premies and Diaper Vipers, Venomous Infants are a precious little handful of danger in the hospital maternity ward. "They're clever little crawlers," reveals nurse Sweema Spankhand. "They develop much faster than normal newbies. I've seen them up and walking within days. And they have some sort of innate gurgly-goo communication — they'll gang up and swarm on you like a cloud of blood thirsty mosquitoes." Fortunately, the condition is known to only last through the early years of childhood development. Once the baby fangs fall out, the young toddlers resume a normal adolescence.

Yeti PoxSpreading like wildfire among the Himalayan Bigfeet, Yeti Pox is threatening to put an end to centuries of mysterious clues and potentially devastate the local economy. "I've been cave ridden for two weeks now," explains high mountain pass yeti, Gorgg Brang. "4am Tuesday was my scheduled round to leave footprints by those camping trekkers but I couldn't get three steps outta my crevasse. How is the yeti community going to keep the mystique alive? We're a tourism dollars economy. This could seriously lessen seasonal sales figures."

Slithering GeezerThe slithering Geezer is as obnoxious as he is wrinkly. No poison bite for this decrepit old snake — he doesn't need it. Fifteen minutes alone with his endless diatribe of complaints is enough to paralyze the central nervous system of any otherwise healthy victim. You'll hear his "rattle of insults" warning as he approaches.

Egg Eyed Nest MonkeyA patient, branch hanging snake gobbler, the Egg Eyed Nest Monkey sustains itself on a strict diet of tree dwelling reptiles. Cleverly, it poses as an unguarded nest — beckoning forth the opportunistic serpent with its tantalizing and subtly be-pupiled eggballs.

Saltwater Wafer TurtleEastern Sweemp's salinous sea is home to a flat breed of turtle known for its disky physique and peculiar form of locomotion. When this four-legged frisbee leaves shore to submerge, it tightly twists its rubbery limbs, releases, then shoots across the watery surface — skipping ten to twenty times before eventually sinking. Extreme distances have been documented at up to forty seven skips. Some herpetologists believe the turtles compete for marine territory via skip count.

Galumna Jumm Bull Bapp ApeWith each bicep weighing in at a whopping seventy five bananas, Galumna Jumm, muscle bound leader of the Nagool Jungle's Bapp Ape troupe, is not to be trifled with. Indeed, this lemon skinned lumberer's temper tantrums are legendary. The last ape to challenge his authority, bull bapp Poobaba Bapoo, is still relearning his basic banana peeling motor skills.
