Shrimptop Gill made his final departure on the eve of August 8th, 1888. To this day, his ghost still haunts the Delta swampland of the Lower Sweemp, gathering moss from the Sweezle tree as he roams.
On Saturdays he can be found at his booth in the Chauceville Market, selling tube socks he knits by hand from his mossy bounty.
$4.95 a pair. 2 for 8 bucks.
